Services
As a trauma and relationship therapist in Portland, I offer mindful, somatic therapy for adults and couples, with a focus on trauma and relationship challenges. I also provide clinical supervision for associates in Oregon and role-playing game therapy.
I serve clients in Portland and across Oregon, with plans to expand services to Washington.
Individual Counseling
Individual sessions are centered on what matters most to you. Therapy offers a steady space to explore trauma and the patterns it shaped, such as anxiety, people-pleasing, or difficulty expressing your needs. Together, we work toward greater regulation, clearer boundaries, and a stronger, more grounded sense of self. Learn more about Individual Therapy.

Couples and Marriage Therapy
Couples therapy helps partners understand and shift relational patterns that create distance or conflict. We work on communication, trust, intimacy, and attachment dynamics so that connection feels more secure and resilient. Learn more about Couples Counseling.
Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision in Portland for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates and Marriage and Family Therapist Associates. My approach is collaborative, somatic, and relational, moving between consultation, teaching, and exploring your own process as a clinician. Learn more about Supervision.
Role-Playing Game Therapy
Sometimes the most direct path into difficult material is through play. I offer Role-Playing Game Therapy using tabletop role-playing games in the tradition of Dungeons and Dragons as a therapeutic tool. This approach creates a structured, collaborative, imaginative space to practice new ways of relating, manage stress and anxiety, and build social confidence and belonging. The founding group is filling now and spots are limited. Learn more about Role-Playing Game Therapy.
